new growing environments for berries

Arrigoni's innovative agrotextiles will be at the center of the International Blueberry Days, a three-day event completely dedicated to blueberries that will take place on the occasion of Macfrut.

Friday 5 May, at 11.30, the public of the fair and of the seminar will be accompanied to visit the test fields set up in Pavilion A1 of the fair, where the agronomists of the Arrigoni Group will show and talk about the solutions conceived by the company for the protection of berry fruits in the context of a speech.

At 11:30, in fact, a presentation on the theme "New berry cultivation environments" will be held at the test field in Pavilion A1 with an in-depth analysis of Milena Poledica, PhD and agronomist of the Group and of Professor Cristiana Peano, full professor of the Department of Agricultural, Forestry and Food Sciences of the University of Turin.



"Berry fruits are among the most complex crops from an agronomic point of view. Atmospheric agents (rain, wind, hail, high insolation, etc.), associated with sudden changes in temperature, can have decidedly negative effects on productivity and the efficiency of entire plantations.

Arrigoni, which has recently expanded the range of its agro-textiles offer also in this sector, will present all its new products at the international exhibition of Macfrut 2023 (Rimini Fiera, 3 – 5 May, at stand 090 Hall A1), starting with the medium and high diffusivity Agrofilms under the Lirsa brand.

The Group's proposals designed for the protection of berry fruits, and blueberries in particular, will then be illustrated with a speech on May 5, 11.30 (Hall A1, test field), as part of the International Blueberry Days, the fair event of which the company will be a sponsor."
